What You Will Need:

  • Motivation and the desire to succeed.
  • Patience 
  • Dumbbells of various weights or adjustable weight set would be an asset, but I can design body weight programs.
  • Stability Ball and cardio machines are also a great thing if you do not have a gym membership, but again I can customize a program around it.
  • Food Scale
  • Measuring tape
  • Internet access
  • Android or IPhone

A Gym Membership Is Preferred, But Not Necessary
